Dr. Josh Clark
Chiropractor
For Dr. Josh Clark, the path to chiropractic was driven by a search for "the more." A Utah native from Sandy, Dr. Josh initially pursued a career in veterinary medicine, graduating from Utah State University in 2018. However, while working in emergency vet care, he felt a pull toward a different kind of healing—one that didn't rely solely on surgery or medication. This led him to the holistic, patient-centered world of chiropractic care, where he discovered the body’s incredible innate ability to heal itself.

Dr. Josh earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, in 2023. He is deeply committed to helping families in Alpine reach the root of their health concerns rather than just masking symptoms. Whether he’s working with a newborn or a grandparent, his goal is to help every patient achieve a higher quality of life and lasting happiness.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Josh is a devoted family man. He and his high school sweetheart, Sara, are the proud parents of three energetic children: Gavin, Azlynn, and Brenna. An Eagle Scout at heart, you can usually find him enjoying the outdoors, working on a DIY project, or sharing a classic "dad joke." He is always happy to talk nerd culture and is passionate about serving his community with a smile.

Dr. Alayna Stinson
Chiropractor
Dr. Alayna Stinson’s passion for chiropractic care began on a ranch in rural Idaho. After a sports injury in high school, she experienced firsthand how chiropractic care could not only accelerate recovery but also optimize the body’s performance. That life-changing experience turned a childhood dream into a career dedicated to the philosophy that "the power that made the body, heals the body."

Dr. Alayna attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa—the birthplace of the profession. Graduating in June 2025, she brings a fresh, energetic perspective to Chiropractic 4 Kids & Families. She is a firm advocate for preventative care, believing that proactive wellness is the key to avoiding future health crises. She finds her greatest joy in helping patients return to the activities they love through natural, gentle adjustments.

Recently married in March 2025, Dr. Alayna and her husband are thrilled to plant roots in Utah. When she isn’t in the office, she’s likely taking advantage of the mountains, hitting the pickleball courts, or planning for their future family. She is honored to serve the Alpine community and help families thrive at every stage of life
